Not even sure which I am suppose to use, or if I don't have to? I was thinking that the htmlviewer is what is needed to run one of these files maybe? Anyways, if I need one of these files which one would it be? my device shipped with 5.10.1.3 from amazon store.

The first one is for older Kindles. The second one just contains main-htmlviewer.tar.gz and you're already done with that step. Next step is to
- install hotfix
- install normal/customer firmware
- install MRPI
- install KUAL (coplate version) and whatever other add-ons you want
