My gripe on Sony(not very many though) is its continued avoidance of the rest of the world as far as the Sony Reader.
I got the chance to touch the device(PRS 500 i think) in Borders, SFO once 2-3 yrs ago. The device is much more popular now and should have been launched worldwide at whatever price(doesnt matter since Sony tends to be costlier than rest in most cases).
