First, make sure you have Alf's plugin installed in Calibre (should take care of that pesky DRM)
You might need the KFX plugins, depending on the version of Kindle4PC and When those books were added to the Library ON YOUR PC.

Simply open C:\Users\<your user logon>\Documents\My Kindle Content
Drag all the books with the type Kindle Content (the names will usually be Letters and number EBOK. Don't worry, Calibre sees the real title) onto Calibre

Check to see Calibre got them all?, try and view (use calibre) to be sure you got the book and not something else

I have an old version of K4PC so I don't get KFX format, so I cant tell you all that is needed (The thread dedicated to the PI has instructions for use)
