Quick update.
I have had my access restored, over the last couple of days. I have been able to borrow again but I haven't tried too much at this stage been busy with a new grandchild.
Below is my reply to M re Amazon's DOS but have still not yet received ANY reply or advice as to what the limit actually is.
So basically my support ticket is still open as far as I’m concerned.
