I honestly don't know why he keeps losing Keyboard Shortcuts he's configured. I've never lost any, and I can't remember any other reports of it happening. Corruption or no, there's simply no reason why a Sigil upgrade should reset custom shortcuts back to their defaults. The only way that should happen is if the Sigil.ini file is deleted/renamed/moved and then regenerated by launching Sigil. There has to be something else going on.
