The second job that I ever had was busing tables for a restaurant. The first time that I saw one of those tracts, a tract left on a table when the customers left, I was really duped; I thought that someone had left a $20 tip (and this was quite some time ago--$20 would be worth, say, $40 or $50 today). A $20 tip would have been especially significant because this was a buffet restaurant. I don't remember if any of those customers left a real tip or not.
The tract probably skirted, but just barely, the laws against counterfeiting money.
The point in sharing this is to say that, after that experience, I'm not particularly interested in origami, but especially
money origami.
