He meant the content.opf file. And no, you can't just copy one from calibre. The content.opf file is the "spinal cord" of a Sigil-built epub. You can edit it manually if you know what you're doing, but Sigil requires that the content.opf file be valid at all times in order to function properly. Use the metadata editor to be safe.
