The latest "Downloading Sigil (and other important links)" post in the sticky section above has the correct link to the latest manual's location. Can you tell me where you found that exact text and outdated link, so I can update it if need be? If it's from an old version's release notes or an older source tree, I won't be able to fix that. All I can do is make sure the links here at MobileRead and in the Sigil Wiki all correctly point to where the manual can be found. And they do.

We don't update the links in old Sigil release notices. So it's not surprising that that one doesn't work. The latest Sigil is 0.9.13.

Agreed. There's no manual there. And there won't be. The manual has it's own repository now. All links here at MobileRead, and in the Sigil Wiki have been updated to reflect that new location.

Did not find the epub manual.

The Wiki's Important Links section, most assuredly has a working link to the latest release of the Sigil user guide. I put it there myself.
