I think what you have in your hand is Kindle 3G + Wifi.

What I see in the ";dm" file that might be the reason for the cause is that:
"Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: https://fras-g7g.amazon.com/FrasProxy/getClientCert?fionaID=<Kindle DX Serial Number>&ESN=<Radio Serial Number or ICCID>&MDN=<International Mobile Subscriber Identifier - IMSI Number>"

ID=the Kindle DX Serial Number
ESN=the ICCID
MDN=IMSI Number

It seemed that the file is missing from Amazon server.
