Download the file kreader2-release.apk which @Faeryink shared, copy it to your reader storage, use file manager to install it. It will replace (upgrade) your Neo reader 2.0 to Neo reader 3.0. To have both, install a modded version 2.0 which I shared a few posts earlier. If you won't be happy with 3.0 you can revert it back to 2.0 using android app settings.
