Following your advice about looking for old orders, I see the one book under content and devices, then under orders I see 6 items in 4 orders in the last 6 months not including the e-book which isn't listed under orders.

I note that using the Google Authenticator after entering my new password, the code isn't accepted but I get onto amazon and my account anyway. The authenticator specifies the old email address.
