I just downloaded my latest title (5/1) and it worked fine. Audiobooks.com doesn't make it easy, however. You need an Android device. Download the title to your device, then you can find it in Android\com.audiobooks.androidapp\files. The name of the file will be a series of numbers with an mp3 extension, and no DRM.
