Yes, others have been mentioning this problem. It seems that they have pulled the 2.1.1 firmware update for the moment as some people were reporting a variety of issues on various devices.
Although I am really enjoying the 2.1.1 firmware, my Nova Pro has on occasion been behaving a bit erratically. Nothing that putting it to sleep and waking it up again couldn't so far resolve, but I have really just been using it for casual reading. Not any serious work and haven't been making much use of its note taking functions of late other than to just test them out.
I suspect that they will re-release the update or a new one once they have sorted out the bugs and made it more stable. I suspect that they may have released the last update a little prematurely due to the increasing competition from other manufacturers. If someone were using their device in a work environment or for serious study, as many people seem to be, they could potentially lose a lot of work if the system is not stable.
