So: Start over.

Use Kubrick to restore the K4 to an unmodified, stock system image (other than the image used by Kubrick contains a jail break preinstalled).
Then keep careful notes of what you do and the result of each.
Keep copies of any files used and notes of the links where they are available.
Repost, include the details from your notes so we stand a chance to guess what your device's problem is.

PS: What you describe as "not working" is not SSH/Telnet commands.
It is a destroyed Busybox or a Busybox install with damaged/missing links. I.E: the command line interrupter (Busybox) is no longer working.
