Oh! I'd forgotten about that period where copyright had to be renewed.

ABBYY Finereader is choking on a few of the pages, so it may take me a while to clean it up.

I'll upload the final results in MOBI, LRF, EPUB and IMP in the Ebooks section and post a list of links in this thread. If I'm lucky I ought to have it done by Sunday afternoon. It should be a good project to work on while I'm doing laundry.
