I don't really understand why they still try to offer support for these older devices.
The support staff are (understandably) not familiar with these devices that don't have Wi-Fi.
I think they should just say on the website that the devices are no longer supported, and just leave the help pages available for those people that still want to look at the help/download the firmware.
