Let me amplify a bit. We want people to continue reporting ordinary spam. We just don't want it to get lost in the middle of reports of highly visible spam and we want to be able to act on that as quickly as possible, also.
And, please, just report it and move on? Engaging with spammers is pointless and also creates more work.
