I can't convert .xml to stardict dictionary. It says ''permission denied'' when i try to convert via penelope. I tried this line:

$ penelope -i INPUT_FILE -j INPUT_FORMAT -f LANGUAGE_FROM -t LANGUAGE_TO -p OUTPUT_FORMAT -o OUTPUT_FILE [OPTIONS]

Can someone convert this .xml dictionary to stardict format?:
