it just showed up on my PW3 7th generation 5.10.3 (3383200041)
For me, it was *not* triggered by a firmware update, and *not* triggered by a restart either. It seems enabling wifi was sufficient. My firmware must already had support for this filter and Amazon just now flipped the switch on my account.
Remotely enabling features is scary... Hopefully they haven't coded a "Remove Jail Break" feature
