You will have to tell us a bit more. Are these EPub format, LRF or something else?
Are these books that you have purchased from the Sony Store? If so, then they will be in LRX format: the DRM'd version of LRF and you won't be able to do anything about it.
However, if these are books from elsewhere then you may be able to edit them, perhaps using Calibre.
