Minor nit. When B&N shutdown in the UK, their customers were handed over to Sainsbury (the UK's second largest supermarket chain). Not that much later, Sainsbury Entertainment on Demand shut down and handed their customers over to Kobo. B&N also gave vouchers for books that were no longer going to be available that were redeemable through Sainsbury.
