I haven't checked in for awhile... I've been initiating a weekly phone call with Amazon support to get latest ticket status.
The answer has always been "pending" (with polite apologies for the delay).
Kudos to them for not telling me to go take a hike for all my calling.

The last support person sent me my support ticket# for reference.

(makes me happy for some reason?)
I'll shout if I hear anything new.
