I've been lurking here for a bit, and from what I've been able to gather, no, unless you're willing to open the device up and do some soldering to access the internal serial port.
Even then, I'm not sure if you can get the converter board, a necessary part to allow you to access said serial port, since the "recommended" one on the thread I just looked at appears to be out of stock as well as the more updated version of it.
