Yes, the 3g still works. I've only ever had wifi fail on K3s, never the 3g. I also have 3g on the recent Voyage I purchased through Woot (European model). It's handy to use when I'm sitting in the car reading while waiting for family member who is shopping. I read historical fiction and like to look up points on the wiki. I didn't buy it for that reason, however. I know 3g will be a thing of the past sometime in the next 3 or 4 years. Verizon is ending support for 3g by the end of this year. My cpap machine is also on 3g network, so that's going to be a problem for anybody who uses the online app.
