That is to say I wonder if large, image filled books are packed differently than your bog standard fiction book?

That speculation is based on the fact that moving an internal file in the graphic novel ePub (using 7-zip to open the ePub as an archive) solved the problem. I suspect it would solve others problems too.

We'd have to find someone that has the problem with a novel, have them check to see if the file was in the right place for the plug-in to check and go from there. If the file is in the right place and it still fails, then something else is the matter.
