I believe that you can get a remote control that incorporates FM reception for each current iPod. What I miss is an AM feature, for baseball games, but since my iPhone now has radio apps, that should not be an issue for me this year. But it remains an issue for the regular iPods.
The same remote should give FM for the Touch, but only from wifi hot spots since there's no 3g connection on it.
UPDATE: but I'm wrong about the need for the 3g connection. I just remembered that my nano remote had fm reception on it.
