"How do I move the html toc?" is a Sigil question.
"What are the different tocs?" is not.
I'm afraid you're going to need to become a little more familiar with how EPUBs are constructed in general before you can successfully use Sigil (an EPUB editor) and a third-party plugin to create Kindlebooks.
