How can I move my TOC in Sigil?

It is placed right at the beginning before the title. I need it to come after the front matter such as title, disclaimer, acknowledgements but and worried about messing up the code.

I am not code savvy enough to do this in code view so, using book view, could I place the mouse curser where I want the TOC to appear and paste the already exiting TOC from the beginning to where I want it?
