Thanks. I had the same issue with my previous phone. I squeezed out some storage by following some of the suggestions that you gave above. Ultimately I had to buy a card, and that worked out okay. I'm going to install a card this time, too, and see if that will work out.
Smartphones just don't seem to come with enough internal memory, at least the smartphones that I "can afford". A big part of the problem is the--to put it nicely--"bloatware" that's pre-installed. And the companies give warnings about all of the dire consequences that could occur if a person uninstalls the stuff--a person never knows which, if any, of the warnings are true.
Maybe BlinkBook is one of the apps which can be put on a card. I'm anxious to see if the app has some good audiobooks and ebooks, as the ratings suggest. I was just kidding about you doing a review of it--that was the reason that I put the
