I have recently seen that in the PW4 of a friend, several custom PRC dictionaries don't work.. They work perfectly on my PW3
On the PW4 checking a word while reading says something like: "The dictionary han not been bought on the store"... It's absurd

Does it mean I can't use my own sideloaded dictionaries on a recent device??

I tried them on a KT 8th generation and there's a similar problem: after 10 minutes they are not shown, they're like absent! (but still present on the "documents" folder of the kindle). With the KT 8th I solved turning off the wifi and coping them again inside. But with the PW4 the wifi is permanently turned off!

So I was wondering: what the heck is happening?!?!
Does really amazon forbid the users to handle their own books?
