One of the bigger risks, apart from damage in transit, would be battery life. You don't know how old the device is - the Aura HD was released six years ago now - or how it's been treated (sitting on a shelf uncharged for months on end, for example).
If you're prepared to charge frequently and/or replace the battery, that mitigates that.
