I never did get an email from Dropbox about this. I found it very easy to see what devices I had linked. Just opened Dropbox on my tablet and chose Settings. It told me I was over my device limit and told me what devices I had linked. Deleted two of them that I don't use anymore anyway and now I'm down to my 3. It'll work for now.
