For any book related problems, I would supply the title, author, ISBN and the link to the book in the store. For OD problems, the library and borrowing details. They might also need details about OD account, but, as there are two people having the same problem, it probably isn't account related.

Based on what you have said, and @PeterT's experience, this is a Kobo issue. It looks like OD have given the details to Kobo, but something is wrong there. And, the symptoms are in the Kobo environment, so they are the starting point. Report the problem to Kobo to look at. If it is an issue between the Kobo and OD, they will have the contacts.
