The idea that an eBook costs as much as a print book to produce and sell is ludicrous.

The publisher only pays for the production of the first eBook. The cost of another 100,000 sold is negligible.

Every print book must be produced, manufactured and delivered sometimes through a chain of vendors.

I much prefer to read a print book, hard or soft bound. I much prefer to store an eBook.

I have lost track of how many eBooks I have. I know where every bookcase shelf and Rubbermaid bin of print books is in my house and I periodically find myself wanting to reduce them (to Goodwill usually) but I will tell myself they aren't in the way (or something dumb like that.)
