this post of mine from earlier in the thread. You and I were on the same plan and in the same situation, and it sounds like at close to the same time. I talked to them and they offered to let me switch to a plan that was basically without active membership but with keeping all my credits active. It was I think $10 per year until I use my credits up.
Edit- I just signed in and looked at what I'm on. It's called 'Inactive Light' and it's '$9.95 per year' to 'keep your existing credits' active without being an active member.
