If I want to move from the binary version of Calibre on the site (currently 3.40 installed on my end) to my linux distros version in the repo (Currently 3.31), would there be any issues?

If it is supported im assuming I would need to use the Export/Import option as opposed to simply pointing the older version at the existing database?
