Regardless of its version 802.11 a/b/g/n, actual download speed over such wi-fi network is not great (usually 1-5 MB/s i.e. 10-50 Mbps), if compared to any faster wired connection, but is still good enough for pdf & ebook file transfer and video/audio streaming.

Okay, now I see. Very interesting devices. Look like they would be a great fit for my Onyx devices. May have to get one for my wife, too as she is constantly running out of storage space on her ipad. Thanks for sharing.
