I'll fix it for the next release. In the meantime, you can uncheck the options inside the group to get the same affect.

As stated above, I am not seeing any change in behaviour for books in the main memory.
I'd thought I'd read somewhere the the "metadata setting" wasn't quite compatible with this FW, so I thought I'd try turning it off to see did that help, though I couldn't imagine why it would!

You are right, it's not the same bug, because the % progress isn't 0 and it was affecting SD card books. The % progress is though low, near end of chapter might be only 10%.

I've started annotating again, with the book in main memory (Annotations folder absolutely replaced by empty file). The Chapters do progress, but I think one annotation maybe had previous chapter and % progress seems low and looks like it's for entire book? It does nn% INTO CHAPTER
Code:
C1: 3%
C2: 6%
C2: 8%
C2: 8%
C2: 8%
C2: 10%
Last Added C3: 11% (A test as C3 had no notes)
C4: 12%
C5: 15% (near end of chapter)
I closed book (went to Home) after going to this annotation and opened a different one.
Book Progress = 15%
Reopened Book, paged to C6:, created a test note on 1st 5 words:
C6: 15%
Now jumped to end after close & reopen. Added notes from end, working backwards, section after last chapter, all mysteriously missing from TOC, no doubt something stupid I've done. Here the headings are all Level 2 after a Level 1 heading of introduction (other titles & blurbs per page, except some are missing page breaks, likely my source is wrong):
2nd note a few pages later in c6 is correctly C6,
C6: 15%
But next entry (the one done after exiting book and re-entering) is the first note after reopening and using Slider to get almost to the end of the book
C6: 99% (so this is BOOK progress)
The next notes/annotations are all C36 and added in reverse order after the one listed as C6: 99%. It's not C36, but that's my TOC error, the last section is all in C36.
Last entry before going to C6 is C36: 96%
The next six are all C36: 97%
The last is C36: 98%, which was the second note made, going backwards from the end.
So obviously I looked hastily at the original annotations done when the book was on the SD card.

My Conclusions
1) Does the same in main memory or SD card
2) The "Chapter Progress" is actually % location in entire Book, if you've no chapters, and not all books have chapters, it won't matter. Not a huge problem, except they still call it Chapter. I wonder is it affected by Chapter/Book reading setting?
3) If you at least go to a different book and go back the FIRST annotation uses the last chapter you closed/opened at, though progress is correct book progress. Then it recovers and enters the correct Chapter (though book progress).

Very odd. Certainly a new bug, though it has some similarity to the old one.
