A good number of volumes of the "American Philosophical Book" series are
free as Kindle ebooks. I'm going to
guess that there are about 15 in number, of a stated 26 in total.
It might save you some time to let you know that none of these books are what you would call "light reading," except for people who are really sharp on the topics of philosophy and things in that sphere. Me? I'm going to get
all of the
free ones . . . . in case I get a blow to the head or something and suddenly and "miraculously" become a genius or something, like you hear stories about sometimes.
Find the
free ebooks
here, interspersed among the other ones.
SPECIAL NOTE: Be extra careful not to select a book that has a cost (unless you want it, of course). Amazon has changed things around so that it is now very difficult to get a refund or to have confidence that you are going to get a refund. I learned that this evening, the hard way, by trying to get a refund on an ebook that I had accidentally purchased. I still don't know if I did the right things to get the refund. There may be a discussion of something about this, of which I am not aware, in another forum.
