Certainly, if a "I have read" list was all I wanted, an exel file would be more than enough. But I find the additional info at these sites interesting.

Well GoodReads is the best because there is a MobileRead group there

I had a thread somewhere talking about GoodReads, and the merits of the other sites were discussed.
