I got that email as well. Lawyers who do class action law suits basically look for someone with deep pockets to sue, then troll for clients. In most class action lawsuits, the lawyers make out like bandits getting hundreds of millions of dollars in fees while the supposed clients typically get a coupon for a buck off their next purchase. Of course, the initial client that let them file the lawsuit gets paid off by the lawyers.
