Just a quick update about my battery on the note pro: after one week, the battery only discharged of 20%, everything got back to normal.
So I guess that the sudden discharge was due to a random software issue... such as the note not correctly entering sleep mode... I don't see any other explanations...
But it's a good news for me, meaning that my reader is not defective
