Somebody has to be on top

When the Download page was started, more folk had 32 bit machined (ME , running XP), 9 years later I would guess some of those machines have been upgraded (ME ,W10)

There are advantages running 64 Bit.
If there wern't, I expect Kovid could save the effort and only build and test 32 bit versons
