I've used our tool many times with great results, thanks for all of your work!

Today I tried to convert as usual but was met with the error below:
I'm on Ubuntu linux using Kindle for PC (version 1.15.0 last updated 11/18/2018). Can someone help me determine if this is a DRM related error or something else?
