Exclamation Detecting if Installed and Enabled
Just had a quick look through the listings and could not find any reference.

Is there a way to tell via command-line (etc) if a plugin is installed and enabled?

I tried calibre-customize.exe --list-plugins but that gave me some generic list without any reference to the plugin I am interested in.

I will be working with a File Type plugin.
