Well we shure wouldnt like that .
By looking at the pictures with the replacement screens on ali im under impression that they come with the light strip on them and you would dispose of the old one together with the screen.
The part in red is the light strip.

But i havent changed any ereader screens(so far only done a sd card replacement), so anyone with more experience correct me if im wrong.
