Wrt the port mapping number in my post #26. For local access:
Moon reader+ Pro, set up a new Net Library by refering to: 192.168.x.x:4002/opds

I attach screenshot from my iPad.

Do you have problem with access from public internet access outside home? Port forwarding issue?
