Hi all!

This plugin automatically converts the first page of .djvu books to .png to add as a cover (much like the standard process for .pdf). As of now, this depends on pip packages numpy, cairo and python-djvulibre. Additionally, this only works on Linux.

If there are any features that y'all would like or if you have any ideas on how to simplify dependencies or clean up the code, I'll be happy to provide updates/fixes.
