From a lot of the rumors Apple's service is likely to not be much different. It will probably have thousands of TV shows and Movies that are included for a monthly fee (like Prime, Netflix and Hulu) (whether they're something you personally want to watch will depend on preference), a bunch of "originals" and then anything else will refer you to an integrated iTunes store to purchase or allow you to add a channel (like HBO, Acorn, Showtime, etc.) at an additional monthly fee.
