In the years that I've posted Skyhorse books, I've been impressed with the quality of their books. You might wish to scan through the books of their's that Amazon sells, and come to your own conclusions.

As you mentioned, you can get 25 of their books for only $15. I did the math, and that comes out to only 60 cents per book! Of course, there may be cookbooks that you'll want to "throw out," but it's still a fantastic deal! I'm sure that the full Amazon price of just one of those cookbooks runs $15 or more each.

Thank you Skyhorse Publishing, Humble Bundle, and bgalbrecht! It's a definite buy for me.
